TIPS: Only USPS shipping labels can be formatted for 4 x 6 label printers.

Sign in to Etsy.com.
Click the Your Account icon, then click Shop Manager.
Click Settings.
Click Shipping settings.
Click Shipping Label Options.
Select "Format my labels for 4x6 Label printers".

Please note that only new labels will be generated correctly after changing the label format to 4 x 6. To avoid this problem, delete previously generated labels and create new labels.
